Buylist

Buylist are orders processed within 2-3 business days of our receiving your order.

Creating Buylists


  • Enter the site buylist by selecting either the Buylist link on the top of the page or the "Cash for Cards" button on the right hand side of the page. This will take you to the buylist page and allow you to access the buylist categories on the left hand side of the page.

  • Browse the buylist just as if you were shopping, but be sure you are in the buylist mode.

  • Selected cards can be adjusted, removed and checkout begun by clicking the "View Buylist / Submit" link in the Cart Summary section. System prompts will help you navigate checkout.

  • Wait for your buylist approval email before sending us your cards. We will reply within 24 hours of receiving your email. If you do not receive an email within that time period, please contact us at buylist@tcgfan.com and we will update you on the status of your submission.

The Cards


  • We are currently only accepting English edition cards through the buylist

  • Select High End Non-English edition cards ( No Japanese edition ) will be considered through special request, please email buylist@tcgfan.com directly with card name, translated English card name, card number and rarity.

  • All cards must be in Mint or Near Mint condition. Reductions will be made to buylist offer for cards not in acceptable condition.

  • Individual cards and/or entire buylist order may be returned at submitters expense for errors in buylist submission, including, but not limited to:

    • Cards are not in Mint or Near Mint condition

    • Cards are of the wrong edition, type(rarity) or set

    • Poor card condition such as having odors, smoky smell or having warped during storage

    • Buylist order is incomplete


  • We also reserve the right to return any buylist as a whole, or partially, down to the single card for any reason at our expense.

Shipment


  • Shipping costs are covered by the buylist submitter

  • Tracking and insurance should be used to protect your submission. TCGFAN is not responsible for lost shipments or damage during shipment

  • Please include the following information with your shipment

  • Full Name, mailing address, email address, Paypal email address ( if different ) and phone number. This information will be on your receipt.

  • Cards must be packaged securely to avoid damage.

    • DO NOT package in card albums or 9 pocket pages

    • Smaller orders may be sent in card sleeves and top loaders, within bubble mailer for protection

    • Larger orders should be packaged within a sturdy box, no sleeves or top loaders

    • Ghost Rares should always be sleeved


Payments


  • Paypal payments made promptly upon verification of order

  • Store Credit given promptly upon verification of order

    • Store Credit can only be used towards the purchase of singles, NO sealed product or supplies


  • Domestic orders must be received within 7 days of approval email to receive full buylist credit

  • International orders must be received within 14 days of approval email to receive full buylist credit

  • Minimum buylist offer is $10.00
