Shipping and Handling
 
Ever attempt is made to package and ship orders within 24 hours after payment is received (excluding pre-orders, see below).  Orders received before 8:00AM EST will generally ship the same day.   Please be aware that exceptions to shipping times can occur due to Credit Card processing, or Item availability.  If your order is delayed more than one day, we will contact you with the reason.  We process orders 7 days a week, excluding Holidays.


We currently only offer USPS for shipping options, you can choose a wide range of options that meet your timeline to receive your order.  Please consider handling time of 1 business day to get your package to the carrier.


Shipping Cost


Shipping cost is calculated using your address and selected shipping method.  Please place your items in your shopping cart and then use the estimate shipping to get the cost related to the selected method.

 

Pre-Order Policy

All pre-ordered items require full payment at the time the pre-order is placed.  We do not place items for pre-order sale on our site unless we have confirmation from our suppliers on our allocations. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, these confirmed allocations can change and cancellations sometimes become necessary. If we must cancel your pre-order, we will do so as soon as we have confirmed a shortage is unavoidable.


We ship all pre-ordered items within 1 business day of receiving the product at our location.

 

If the customer wants cancel their sealed product pre-order before we ship, we will refund the full amount to the customer minues our restock fee of 10% for sealed product,

 

Pre-orders of single cards can not be cancelled because of the voilatility in the values of single cards prior to release. The pricing of these single cards can move frequently prior to release and adjustments to our pricing will be made as needed, but adjustments will not be made to previous orders.

 

Return Policy


You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TCGFAN within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective/damaged item, etc.).

 

We do not accept returns on singles, due to very nature of the collectible card market and the playability of cards changing frequently.  If we will offer exchange for the same product if we have made a shipping error or the product was received in a condition lower than described. Store credit can also be used with an exchange.

 

Product availability


We reserve the right to limit quantities of any item purchased and make adjustments as needed. Our intent is to sell to players and provide a good selection of product to all players, therefore we can not allow an individual to empty our inventory to take advantage of changing prices related to the banning, unbanning, announcement of reprinting or other actions that change the value of the cards. We also reverse the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
